Delivery and Returns

When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to deliver your order within 1 to 4 days of your payment being processed.
However due to supplier delivery times this process may take up to 10 days.
We are constantly trying to find ways of streamlining this process and hope eventually to have every order on the correct doorstep within 4 days.

Where do you deliver to?

Our delivery network covers the following areas:

Gauteng: Johannesburg & surrounds , Pretoria & surrounds, Cullinan, Delmas, Vereeniging, Heidelberg
Western Cape: Cape Town and surrounds, Malmesbury, Worcester, Hermanus, Stellenbosch 
Kwazulu Natal: Durban, Amanzimtoti, North Coast, Port Shepstone, Shelley Beach, Howick, Pietermaritzburg
Mpumulanga: Middelburg, Witbank
Freestate: Sasolburg
North West: Rustenburg, Hartebeespoort, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom                                                 
Eastern Cape: Swellendam, Heidelberg, Stilbaai, Riversdale, Albertinia, Mosselbaai, Hartenbos,
Groot Brakrivier, Klein Brakrivier, George, Wildernis, Oudtshoorn, Sedgefield, Knysna, Plettenbergbay

We should have placed Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth on the map within the next six months. Please be patient and in the interim feel free to use all the information provided on the site. If you are desperate for an item but are outside our delivery range please call and we can make arrangements to post it to your nearest Post Office.

What happens if I’m not at home when the package arrives?

The courier will make 2 attempts at delivery. If those are unsuccessful you will be able to collect your package at the nearest depot. You can track your package as soon as it is despatched from our depot by following the link in your confirmation email.

What happens if I want to return the goods?

We send everything out from despatch in tip top condition. If arrives at your house damaged or incorrect please follow this link
to fill in a RETURNS FORM within 48 hours of receipt. We will collect the item the next day at our expense and replace it with the correct,
undamaged item. If this is not satisfactory we will either credit your account or give you a full refund.

If you would like to return an item which you no longer desire then this needs to be done within a 14 day period at your own expense.
The item should be returned in perfect condition with the proof of purchase attached. If you would like us to arrange a courier
we can do that at an expense of R120 which would need to be paid prior to collection. We will then either credit your account or refund
the price of the item less 10%.
